InfoPinky is a digital automation and AI education platform operated by Pinky Sharma and a distributed team of professionals and freelance contributors working remotely across multiple states in India. InfoPinky provides no-code automation workflows, AI integration services, educational content, and technical infrastructure solutions to freelancers, solopreneurs, founders, and independent businesses globally.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of this website and engagement with any InfoPinky service is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

InfoPinky does not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted a service request or engaged with our platform, that engagement will be immediately voided.

3. No User Accounts

InfoPinky does not operate any login, signup, membership portal, or user account system on this website. All service requests are submitted via the contact form or direct email. No personal credentials are stored, managed, or processed through any account infrastructure on this platform.

InfoPinky offers the following technical infrastructure services:

AI Chatbot Integration, RAG System and Vector DB, Real-Time Analytics, Contract Automation, CRM Capture System, Custom API Data Sync, SEO Growth Automation, Compliance Auditing, Automated Client Delivery Pipeline, AI Personal Memory and Knowledge Base, and Voice AI Automation.

All services are scoped, architected, and delivered strictly according to individual client specifications communicated through the intake process. InfoPinky does not offer standardised packages. Every engagement is treated as a unique, precision-built delivery.

Service availability is subject to current team capacity. InfoPinky reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Refund Policy

InfoPinky operates a 100% refund policy. If a delivered workflow, automation system, or technical solution does not meet the agreed scope and the client provides honest, documented feedback clearly explaining the reason for refusal, a full refund will be processed without dispute.

This policy is conditional on the following:

  • The refund request must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, directly to hello@infopinky.com
  • The feedback provided must be specific, honest, and directly related to the agreed deliverable scope
  • Refund requests based on change of mind, revised requirements introduced after delivery, or third-party platform failures outside InfoPinky’s control are not eligible
  • Refund requests submitted without documented feedback will not be processed

InfoPinky’s refund commitment reflects our confidence in our delivery standards. We do not process partial refunds on completed work unless agreed upon in writing prior to delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on www.infopinky.com, including but not limited to articles, tutorials, automation workflows, templates, system architectures, written guides, graphics, and structural designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of InfoPinky and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 as maintained by the Government of India, as well as applicable international intellectual property conventions.

Personal Use Only. All free resources, templates, and educational content published on this platform are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit any InfoPinky content in any form without prior written authorisation.

Commercial Use. Any individual or organisation seeking to use InfoPinky content, workflows, or templates for commercial purposes must contact us at hello@infopinky.com to disclose the intended use and obtain explicit written permission before proceeding. Unauthorised commercial use constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

Client Deliverables. Custom workflows and automation systems built for a specific client become that client’s property upon confirmed delivery and, where applicable, full payment. InfoPinky retains the right to reference the nature of completed work, without disclosing confidential client data, for portfolio and credibility purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

By using this website and submitting requests to InfoPinky, you agree that you will not:

  • Use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information through the contact form or via email
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract any content, workflow, or system architecture from this website without authorisation
  • Use InfoPinky-delivered systems to violate any applicable law, including data protection regulations under GDPR or CCPA
  • Interfere with the technical operation of this website or any connected systems
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited outreach, or automated contact attempts directed at InfoPinky’s team or email infrastructure

InfoPinky reserves the right to permanently refuse service to any individual or entity found to be in violation of this clause.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

InfoPinky builds automation infrastructure using third-party platforms including but not limited to Make.com, HubSpot, and Zapier, Zoho.com . These platforms operate under their own independent terms of service, pricing structures, and availability conditions.

InfoPinky is not responsible for and expressly disclaims liability for any disruption, data loss, feature change, pricing revision, or service discontinuation caused by third-party platforms. Clients are advised to independently review the terms and privacy policies of all platforms used within their delivered automation systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content published on InfoPinky is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and relevance, InfoPinky does not warrant that any content, workflow, or template will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every specific use case.

Custom service deliverables are scoped and built to agreed specifications. InfoPinky does not make warranties beyond the agreed scope of each individual engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InfoPinky, its team members, freelance contributors, and associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or any delivered service.

InfoPinky’s total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.

For clients based in the United States, disputes are subject to applicable US federal and state law in addition to these Terms. For clients based in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection and digital services regulations apply alongside these Terms.

InfoPinky is committed to resolving disputes amicably and in good faith before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Clients are encouraged to contact hello@infopinky.com to raise any dispute formally before escalating to legal channels.

13. Freelance Contributors and Knowledge Community

InfoPinky actively recruits skilled freelancers to support delivery operations and welcomes practitioners into its knowledge community under both paid and free access arrangements. Individuals joining InfoPinky as freelance contributors or community members are subject to separate agreements communicated directly via email.

Community participation and freelance engagement do not create an employment relationship with InfoPinky. Contributors operate as independent professionals under the terms agreed upon at the point of onboarding.

14. Modifications to These Terms

InfoPinky reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
